Greenhouse for plant storage

Pairi Daiza has placed an order for thousands of trees and shrubs for planting in the Sanctuary greenhouse. Since these often involve exotic species, they need a storage space in the meantime.

Hedafor offers a solution to this need with a greenhouse of nearly 5000 m². The wide-span greenhouse has a length of 80 meters (divided into 25 sections of 3.20 meters each) and a width of 60 meters (3 spans of 20 meters each), and a height of 15.40 meters.

The roof is fitted with 16 mm polycarbonate panels. These are installed in aluminum profiles developed by our company. Ventilation windows are also provided.

The walls, made of 4 mm clear glass, are also installed in our own aluminum profiles.

This greenhouse is multifunctional, can be heated, and can also be used later as a versatile space, potentially to house maintenance services and offices.
